The most vivid memories that stick in my mind about Lorraine are those where she helped me. She was so good at giving advice and whenever I needed advice from friends, I would always trust hers the most. I remember years ago back in the Park Club days before we became really good friends, I came into one of her Saturday morning classes to distract me from current boyfriend troubles. I ended up bursting into tears mid-class whilst I was doing the plank. She insisted on taking me for a coffee after the class and gave me a massive cuddle and a listening ear and I was able to have a good cry. That was the start of our beautiful friendship. A more recent happier one was this summer just been, when it was a scorching hot summers day and she came round to mine for some 'computer support' and we were sat in the garden sunbathing, downloading her Les mills videos and putting the world to rights. I have so many fond memories of our hundreds of runs and exercise activities we did over the years, she definitely turned me into a much stronger better runner and pushed my physical limits to their full potential. Like so many others, I'm going to miss her so much. We can all hope that she's finally at peace! xx
